Our commitment to you is such that we offer this unconditional guarantee of service. No ifs, no buts, no excuses, if our services fall short of the Professional Conduct and Client Care Rules we ask only that you give us just 48 hours to remedy the problem.
After 48 hours, if we have been unable to fix the problem, we agree to cancel our Agency Agreement or our Property Management Authority or refund that month’s property management fees.
